How do I book the space, can I just walk in?
Appointment Only
At this time we do not accept walk-ins. We operate by appointment only! To reserve the court space, simply head over to the Book Court button on our website and select an available time slot.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Reservations for the court must be made 5 hours in advance.
How many courts are at The Factory?
There is one court available for hourly rentals. You can also book the entire space for larger parties or events.
How much does it cost to reserve the court?
Pricing is based on a per-person amount. On Thursdays, the court is available for $10/person and on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday it is $12/person. When checking out, the cost per person will be added for each member of your group so you pay a lump sum.
How many people can I bring with me?
You can bring up to 10 people in your group. For groups larger than 10, please reach out to us at: thefactorypickleball@gmail.com
Do I have to bring my own gear in order to play?
Bring your own gear if you have it! Otherwise, we have paddles and balls available for rent if needed.
Does The Factory have a dress code?
Close-toed shoes are required. Athletic wear is recommended.
Can I bring my own food or drinks?
You can bring your own food and drink as long as it isn't alcohol. We don’t sell any drinks or food at this time.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that things pop up and schedules change. You are welcome to reschedule your appointment at any time for a future date that works better, no added charge. If you need to cancel without rescheduling, we are happy to offer a full refund as long as you don’t cancel the day of. If it’s cancelled the day of, the appointment will still be charged.
Is there a group minimum for booking?
Nope, feel free to come train by yourself or play singles or doubles. Enjoy the space however you like!
What services do you offer for parties?
We can be as involved in the party planning as you would like. We can help organize food, cakes, balloons, beverages, music, etc. For large parties, please reach out to us at: thefactorypickleball@gmail.com to coordinate details for your event.
Can I pay per person, or do I need to pay as a group?
The price at checkout is calculated by the number of people in your group for 1 hour. For instance, if it is just two total people coming, it would be $20 on Thursday and $24 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. If you have 10 people coming, it would be $100 on Thursday and $120 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Can I book pickleball training lessons?
Yes, we offer beginner level training. This training is not done by a certified pickleball trainer, but rather by someone who can teach you or your group the basics of pickleball and can help with floor spacing, knowledge/rules of the game, and basic moves to help you advance your skills.
